Under no circumstances shall the maintainer of the service ("maintainer" hereafter) be liable for any claims, damages, or other liabilities arising from or in connection with the service or its use. The maintainer expressly disclaims all implied warranties, including those of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The maintainer does not guarantee the reliability, accessibility, or quality of the service. Your use of the service is entirely at your own risk. Additionally, we reserve the right to block any applications or clients that negatively impact the experience for other users. These terms of service may be updated or modified at any time, without prior notice. Your continued use of the service signifies your acceptance of any changes. It is your responsibility to review the terms regularly.

Usage policy

You agree not to use any part of the service to engage in or facilitate any of the following activities:

• Any activity deemed illegal under German and European law
• Interference with the service's operations, including hacking, DDoS, and distribution of malware
• Excessive resource usage, such as scraping, using automated download managers, or running unauthorized uptime checks
• Developing a third-party application that relies solely on any of the APIs published by the service for data. Please use the appropriate public instances list and load balance between all available instances, or allow your app users to manually choose between them.
• Engaging in commercial activities

Privacy Policy

No identifiable data is shared with third parties unless the user initiates such data transfer. Some services require the use of first-party cookies and/or local storage to provide the service (e.g., remembering user preferences). These are not collected by anyone else. None of the services use third-party cookies.

Abuse Protection

The service employs protections against bots, hacking, and DDoS attacks. Upon detecting abusive behavior, the IP address, timestamp, request URL, and user agent of the visitor may be temporarily collected to protect the service from further abuse. The data collected for abuse protection will not be shared with any third parties and will be automatically deleted after 7 days. Normal use of the service will not trigger this data collection. Repeated abusive behavior will lead to various restrictions, ranging from rate-limiting to temporary firewall-level lockout.

DMCA / Takedown

These services act as proxies (aka. "frontends") for their respective platforms. The services are hosted in the European Union, so European Union laws apply. Under the directive 2001/29/EC of the European Parliament and Council of 22 May 2001, which harmonizes certain aspects of copyright and related rights in the information society, "temporary acts of reproduction [...], which are transient or incidental [and] an integral and essential part of a technological process and whose sole purpose is to enable a transmission in a network between third parties by an intermediary" are allowed and legal. Therefore, takedown requests regarding content on these services should be directed to the proxied platforms (e.g., Google). Any takedown requests addressed to us will be ignored. Repeated attempts are considered abuse and will result in legal consequences. The maintainer of this service will not be intimidated and is prepared to defend the service in European courts, if necessary.
